DO I NEED?
All you need is access to a gym, and if you only have dumbbells, that's perfect! We've curated exercises that primarily utilise dumbbells, and if you need alternatives, simply reach out to us. Our team is ready to provide substitute exercises, ensuring you have a comprehensive workout plan that suits your equipment availability.
AFTER THE THREE
MONTHS?
After completing the three-month program, our aim is for you to have gained confidence and a solid foundation in your fitness journey. Beyond this initial phase, we offer personalized options to continue your progress. You'll have the opportunity to work with me on a more individualized level.
